Service Agreement & SLA
This Service Agreement (SLA) is entered into between WebBanao.com ("Service Provider") and the Client ("You" or "Client"). This agreement defines the terms, responsibilities, deliverables, timelines, and support commitments to ensure a professional and reliable service experience.
1. Scope of Services
WebBanao.com agrees to provide the following services as per the chosen plan:
- Website design and development (Business, E-commerce, Portfolio, Landing pages, Custom Applications)
- Mobile App Development (Android, iOS, Hybrid / Cross-Platform Apps)
- Digital Marketing services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Content Marketing)
- Branding & Design services (Logo, UI/UX, Graphics, Brand Guidelines)
- Support & Maintenance including updates, security, backup, and priority support
- Training & Consultation as applicable
2. Deliverables & Timelines
The Service Provider shall deliver services as per agreed specifications:
- Project timeline will be communicated in advance based on the plan or scope.
- Minor revisions will be accommodated within the timeline, while major changes may require additional time and costs.
- All deliverables, including source files, designs, and content, will be provided to the Client upon completion and payment.
3. Support & Maintenance
Our support commitments include:
- Technical support via email, chat, or phone during business hours (or 24x7 for premium plans)
- Website maintenance, including updates, bug fixes, and security patches
- Backup and recovery assistance in case of data loss or server issues
- Response time: Standard support – within 24 hours; Premium support – within 4 hours
4. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information, content, and materials needed for service delivery
- Respond promptly to queries, approvals, or feedback requests
- Comply with the agreed payment schedule
- Not misuse the services or modify the website/application without written consent from WebBanao.com
5. Payment Terms
- All services are billed as per the selected plan or custom agreement.
- Payments must be made before service activation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Delayed payments may result in service suspension until cleared.
- Refunds, if any, will follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Liability & Limitations
- WebBanao.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
- The Client is responsible for content legality, compliance, and intellectual property rights.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
- Upon termination, all pending payments must be cleared and services will be disabled.
- Intellectual property and content ownership will be handled as per the agreed contract.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar, India.
